Touch Connection
Sport / Deep Tissue Massage Therapy
For Healthier Mind and Body
About Me
I have been fascinated by the human body from an early age. I loved exploring anatomy as a child and student. To further my knowledge in physiology, neuroscience and anatomy, I have obtained a medical degree from Belarusian State Medical University. During my practices, I realised that I loved helping people and making a difference (and seeing results!). To pursue this goal I studied Sport Massage Therapy with specialisation in injury management and prevention. As a result, I practice sport massage and deep tissue therapy with an academic approach to understanding the body and a goal of making people’s lives around me pain-free. I am continuously attending courses and workshops to further improve my clinical skills.
I practice sport massage and therapy through my business “Touch Connection”, and work with both private and corporate clients. I specialise in sport-specific and work-related injuries and problems. My main goal is to help clients recover to pre-injury status through rehabilitation techniques, including dry needling, strength-based conditioning and deep tissue therapy.
As an active person myself, I understand injury and soreness from personal experience. In my spare time, I regularly enjoy swimming, high-intensity training, weight lifting, combat sports and hiking regularly in the countryside. I cannot imagine life without movement and want my clients to enjoy the same.

The difference that had been made so far is incredible and we are now working on things I hadn't realised were problems. I'm going for regular sessions to get myself into a much better posture and to improve my well-being.

A one-stop shop for health and wellbeing! The massage is wonderful, both for relaxing and addressing some muscle tension, pain and joint issues, but I also love the amount of advice, suggestions for exercises and stretches to keep the body healthy. I have had two sessions so far and look forward to making this a monthly visit to improve posture, joint mobility and overall health. Thank you!

I have been having a treatment every few weeks over the last couple of months to help relieve discomfort and tension in my shoulders that I have been living with for as long as I can remember. Elena has been brilliant at identifying the cause of my problems (poor posture), recommending exercises that I can do to relieve the tension, as well as providing instant relief during the treatment themselves. I don’t find the treatments painful yet I can feel my muscles stretching in all the right ways so I know that they are making a difference. For anybody suffering with any kind of muscular discomfort, I would highly recommend booking an assessment with Elena to see what she can do for you.

I have had a few massages by Touch Connection the most recently being this week after a weekend of running and walking. I needed a massage to relieve the pain in my legs, thighs and calves. The massage was amazing, the amount of pressure used was just right and I felt instant benefit and relief . As well as this a had my shoulders and neck massages to relieve the pressure and tension that had being building up. Again instant relief was felt straight away. I highly recommend this company. I will be most definitely booking again. Friendly, efficient, effective service.

Superb therapy session today with Elena. I know I shouldn't have gone for a run after but I felt so relaxed and pain free when I left, I couldn't help it. Looking forward to my next appointment already. If only I could have one everyday! Thank you so much!

Thanks again for all your help this year Elena. I'd be finding this drug treatment a lot harder to cope with if it weren't for you! Superb service, Elena really knows her stuff, has a host of skills and services on offer, which ensures she always has the right tool for any ache or pain you present her with. she's patient, friendly and knowledgeable. An excellent find!
